Welcome to the Online Home of the Space City RC Club.

Our flying site is conveniently located in northern Katy, TX, only a short driving time from downtown Houston. The site is located on a wide open 12 acre parcel and features a well manicured 200' by 600' runway, a setup shelter, a protected starting area, and individual pilot stations. We pride ourselves on the fact that we have the best manicured R/C facilities in the area. Club meetings are held once a month. Check the EVENTS page or the current newsletter for the exact time and place. The meetings are fun to attend and feature a "Golden Divot" award, and a "Model Of The Month" contest.

Current AMA members in good standing can fly three times for free at our field, as a guest, before being required to join. If you would like to try out our facility and don't know a club member, please call one of our officers to make the proper arrangements. You must be an AMA member in order to fly. However, if you want to just try out the hobby we have an arrangement with the AMA for insurance to cover you.
